SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping Locations:
Free Shipping: Available only to the lower 48 states of the US.
Exclusions: We do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, PO Boxes, or APO addresses.
Processing Time:
In-Stock Orders: The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: 1-3 Business Days
Shipping time: 3~10 Business Days
Delays: If your order doesn’t arrive within 14 business days, contact us at info@asaprider.com.
Pre-Orders/Backorders: Check the product page for specific shipping dates.
Shipping methods:
Shipping Partners: UPS and FedEx.
Shipping fee:
Cost: Free shipping on all orders.
Customs duties:
Paid by buyer.
Restocking Fee:
Order Cancellation: Rejecting a shipped package incurs a 10% fee.
Return Shipping Cost: $150, with a provided return shipping label.
Defective Returns: No restocking fee if returned within 15 days. Notify Customer Service for approval.
Accessories: Non-quality problem accessories are non-returnable.
Tracking Your Order:
Order Number: Use it to track your shipment.
Further Information: Email info@asaprider.com; responses within 24 hours.
Delivery Issues: Contact us within 3 business days if your bike shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived. After 3 days, liaise directly with the logistics company.
Lost/Damaged Shipments: Contact the logistics company directly. Email us for additional support if needed, but we may only direct you to the logistics company.
